Drinking a cold glass of beer or wine can take your BBQ meal to the next level. But how do you know what beer or wine to order with your food?
Wine Pairings
Red wine is a great option for most BBQ-sauce-covered meats, especially beef cuts. Shiraz or Malbec is an excellent option for beef dishes with a dry rub and no sauce.
If you're enjoying a smoked beef brisket, try a glass of full-bodied Zinfandel. This wine also works well with grilled pork or chicken. You can also drink Syrah or Merlot.
